- The Splendid® Katerina Blouse is a long-sleeve blouse with dramatic sleeves and an encased elasticized wrist to give it a stylish effect. Its front has three tiers of smocking detail while the back has one. The buttoned front closure with fully fashioned buttons offers easy wear. This button-down blouse is styled with a Mandarin neckline and a shirttail hem.
