- An update to the Paul Green Willow boots, the Paul Greenâ„¢ Celina BT boots feature a Western-inspired pointed toe shape and are made from Italian leather. Their low stacked block heels and a zippered side closure make them easy to dress up or down. These ankle-high boots are made of a leather insole and lining. Amp up your looks and outfits with these heeled boots.
