- An update to the Paul Green Willow boots, these Paul Greenâ„¢ Celina boots feature a Western-inspired pointed toe shape and are made from Italian leather. The low stacked heels and a zippered side closure make these Chelsea boots easy to dress up or down. They are made of a leather upper, insole, and lining.
